Timusk.com's multi-year involvement with the Enbridge family of companies has provided many opportunities for success. Initally brought in to manage the delivery of Web Services following the abrupt departure of the senior management and developers, Timusk.com was able to re-build the Web services group and to enhance the services provided to the Enbridge Companies. This engagment has continued through 2005 with the implementation of several Enterprise Portal Solutions, for both Internal and External audiences. Bratch Innovation was a Toronto advertising agency that decided to move into Internet marketing and development in 1997. Timusk.com assisted in building a solid technology group to deliver the web solutions for a number of major Canadian businesses, including , AT&T Canaad, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Tribute Publishing and others. Our involvment was primarily in establishing a the technology delivery group, from establishing roles and responsiblities for the team, to hiring the specific resources required to deliver the work. Working with vendor partners we also worked to bring more ambitious web solutions to Bratch's client base. These solutions involved Online marketing programs, Web Portals, and One-to-One Marketing. Timusk.com worked to bring new technology partners to grow the online services opportunities for the organization. Bratch later went on to be sold to a larger US Internet Consulting Company. Livent was a Canadian Theatre success story, launching internationally recognized theatrical productions, out of the head office in Toront, Canada. Timusk.com assisted in the develompent and ongoing monitoring and management of their public website. Livent.com was a gateway to all Livent productions, complete with extensive behind the scenes content, teaching aids for educational groups, and merchandise and ticket purchasing. Unfortunately, Livent was not successful in the long run, but at the time it's website was an award winner. WeddingBells Magazine was a Canadian Magazine success storty. In 1995 they decided to make a significant foray south of the border. They came to Timusk.com to develop their web strategy. On March 1st 1996 WeddingBells.com became the first North American National Bridal Magazine sponsored web site. This web property was so successful, Weddingbells spawned a US edition of the magazine to exploit the advertising potential, and evenutally sold both US properties to a large Internet Bridal Registry in 1999. |
