The premiere Usability Information website. The site was started by Jacob Neilsen, former engineer with Sun and distinguished usability expert, Don Norman, cognitive scientist and human factors expert, and Bruce "Tog" Tognazzini star software and interface designer.

Wired Article about BotNet Attack
This was the article about the spam blocking software company whose website was brought down several times by a targeted spammers Bot Net. Eventually the business had to shut down due to the attacks. Powerful stuff.
