This presentation is one of several that were delivered at various Plumtree events. These presentations told the story of the Enbridge employee portal project and its adoption within the organization. The presentations were designed to provide examples of the types of portal solutions that Enbridge had deployed.
This presentation was delivered to an E-Bill conference in Toronto. It was designed to provide an overview of the eBill pilot Enbridge had undertaken in early 2001. This presentation introduced the concept of the "envelope experience" or the need to ensure that marketing vehicles like bill inserts were properly handled and integrated with the companies various websites.
This presentation was delivered to the Canadian Magazine Publishers Association's Magazines 2000 trade show. It was a well attended session that tried to deliver the Content is King message to the assembled Magazine publishers. It was a long session so the presentation is very dense. Many of the examples and ideas are still relevent today.
